All orders will be shipped through USPS.

Orders typically will ship from the RR warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Customers can expect their products to be shipped to them within five (5) business days.  RR is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.

Regarding products sold through a third-party (like Etsy), please check with owners of the shop regarding shipping. RR is not responsible for shipping from third-party shops. 


Items purchased from RR are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days from date of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition with original tags still attached or the original packaging intact. Only items that are specifically marked as FINAL SALE (on product page and invoice) cannot be returned. 

Note: All products bought through a third-party are not subject to this return subject.  It “shop” may or may not have a return policy.  Please check with the owner.

Returns are super easy! All goods returned must have their original tags attached and be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item(s) from being sold as new. (Items will be shipped back to the customer if conditions are not met).

Here’s what our US customers should do:

  1. Within 30 days of the delivery date, put all items to be returned in a box/package
  2. Place invoice in the box
  3. Stick the pre-paid shipping label (included in the original order) on the box
  4. Make sure there are no other labels/barcodes on the box
  5. Drop off the box to be shipped to us

Please allow 3-7 business days after we receive your package for your refund to be issued. Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. The amount of time it takes for the refund to be posted on your account varies depending on the credit card company.
